We’re back! Opening day of the Westside Farmers Market at Cool Spring Park on Wednesday, June 28 includes funky music by DJ Black Ice alongside an array of specialty foods and handmade goods – featuring local food trucks The Stand & Akwaaba Eats as well as more than 10 local vendors selling fresh produce, plants, flowers, coffee, baked goods, vegan & gluten free treats, homemade water ice, craft seasonings, handmade treasures, and a variety of freshly pressed juices.

Wilmington, DE — On Wednesday, June 28th, West Side Grows Together (WSGT) will gather friends, farmers, local businesses, and community partners for the kick off of the Westside Farmers Market at Cool Spring Park.
The Westside Farmers Market is a community-based initiative to promote access to the best local produce, bakery goods, outdoor learning, free family entertainment including a Drum Circle, and much more! The market is currently accepting WIC, SFMNP, SNAP, and EBT. Featured vendors for 2023 include: Bright Spot Farms, Urban Acres Produce, Barking Dog Farm, Sovereign's Sweets Treats and Soirees, Hell's Belles Bake Shop, Evangelinas Vegan Desserts, Hybrid Bakery, seasonings by Rhythm and Heat, Lucky Shot Coffee Co., Crown Me Juicy, Moonbeam Printing Pottery, and food trucks including The Stand and Akwaaba Eats!
West Side Grows Together has designed a neighborhood revitalization plan that strives to make healthy food available to all. This year, while funds last, the market will match 100% of SNAP purchases with funds that can be used on fresh fruits & vegetables at the market, up to $10.
