Cornerstone West CDC and True Access Capital have partnered to implement the West Side Corridor Revitalization Fund (WSCRF) in order to respond to the needs of Wilmington’s West Side, small businesses. The goal of this grant program is to act as a catalyst for economic revitalization on the West Side of Wilmington, DE. Join us on Nov 8th for an information session on how to apply for funding.
The WSCRF will make available up to $10,000, per applicant for eligible projects. Eligible applicants include small businesses, landlords, and developers, with properties situated in the areas located between I95/Jackson Street to Union Street (east to west) and 9th Street to Elm Street (north to south).

Site Acquisition/Business Expansion
Construction/Renovation
Working CapitalInventory
Furniture
Fixtures
Existing business remodels
