Housing Assistance

Employment Assistance

The Employment Support Network is an innovative approach to supporting Delawareans who are struggling with the effects and challenges of sudden unemployment. This free program connects you with reliable, trained volunteers, who provide emotional support and wellness coaching, financial management training, and access to appropriate mental health resources through Jewish Family Services of Delaware.

You don’t have to do this on your own!

Through the Employment Support Network, you will:

  • Connect virtually with an empathetic and judgment-free support team for personalized wellness and career coaching.

  • Form a one-on-one relationship with a trained volunteer through ongoing communication and check-ins.

  • Access free wellness, career, and financial coaching to help you achieve personal and professional goals.

  • Immediate referral and access to JFS services and community programs for additional support with social service navigation, mental health treatment, budget management, and tutoring services for individuals with children.
