The development of the Cool Spring Eco-Trail was a collaboration between the Partnership for the Delaware Estuary, West Side Grows Together and the City of Wilmington, with input and support from the community.

Funders for the eco-trail include the 3M Corporation, DE Sea Grant and the City of Wilmington. The Laffey McHugh Foundation generously contributed funding to support complementary workshops, activities, and the online presence of the eco-trail. Signs were designed by Molly Schafer.

The interpretive signs explore various green infrastructure and other related improvements that have been added to the park over time. The activities on the website change throughout the year, so check back often.
